		<description>Wow, very good advice here about fitness but don't forget the importance of weight lifting.  Even using light weights two or three times a week will go a long way in reducing the natural muscle loss we all have over the age of 30.  Like anything, it's best to get into a routine that you can follow every week. After a few weeks it becomes a natural part of your day!</description>
